CCC Completes Spray Dryer Addition
This Spray Dryer facility was planned, designed, and constructed from August 2014 - August 2019. The maiden production run occurred on October 4th, 2019. The entire facility is the culmination of decades of experience in spray drying cheese and specialty powders. The dryer itself took over 6,800 hours to complete. With this new state-of-the-art facility, our plant capacity is greatly increased, and we are able to exceed the expectations of our customers by doing what we love to do: make delicious cheese powder!
